Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

  3. Please return the item in its original packaging and unused condition.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective/incorrect item.
  • Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must not be damaged, altered, or marked as non-returnable.
  • The return must be requested and approved before the item is sent back.

We do not accept items returned without prior authorization.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and intimate wear reasons, opened or used intimate apparel, including panties, bodysuits, lingerie sets, and similar intimate items, may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Size Issues

If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before ordering.

If a product does not fit due to incorrect size selection, this is not considered a quality issue. In some cases, we may offer a size exchange if the item is eligible, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping information is complete and correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable orders caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@syseli.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost where applicable.
  • If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
