How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders of US$49 and up. Orders under US$49 are charged a standard shipping fee of US$7.99.
Can I return my order?
